We are a full service provider of Jewish funerals. Our services include all of the necessary arrangements for preparation and observance of Jewish funeral traditions. Over the years we have directed all kinds of traditional and non-traditional funerals. Our family of funeral counselors will be happy to discuss all of the options with you.

Memorial Services
Memorial services are held to remember a loved one who has chosen an alternative burial, such as cremation. Many of the aspects of the service are similar to a traditional funeral. Memorial services can be held in our chapel or another location where families are encouraged to provide photographic displays and share memories. Our experienced funeral directors can provide you with a religious or non-religious officiator for your service, as well as handle all of the details associated with a memorial.
Out Of State
In today’s society, more and more people are moving to other states or have vacation homes, but wishing to be brought back here to the Washington area for burial because this is where they grew up, where their family lives or is buried and where they own a plot in a cemetery. Whatever the reasons are, Torchinsky Hebrew Funeral Home has established relationships with funeral homes all across the country to make this simple and stress-free for your family.
Conversely, if you wish to have your funeral here in this area and the cemetery is located in another state or internationally (such as Israel) we can accommodate your wishes as well.
